为观察中药对大肠癌化疗期间免疫功能的影响，选取４７例术后病理证实的大肠癌患者在化疗时联合中药治疗。治疗结束后，对照组细胞和体液免疫功能均有下降，观察组免疫功能不仅没有降低，且较治疗前均有不同程度的提高。认为中药能够缓解化疗造成的免疫抑制，并能促进大肠癌患者免疫功能增强。
In order to observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on immune function during chemotherapy of colorectal cancer, 47 patients with pathologically confirmed colorectal cancer were treated with chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine. After the end of treatment, the immune function of both the cells and the humor in the control group decreased. The immune function of the observation group was not only not reduced, but also improved in various degrees before the treatment. It is believed that traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate the immunosuppression caused by chemotherapy, and it can promote the enhancement of immune function in patients with colorectal cancer.
