我厂是冶金系统地方中小骨干企业,现有职工6900多名,年产电炉钢十多万吨,年生产钢坯、钢材能力三十八万多吨。产品畅销江苏、江西、山东、浙江、福建、安徽、上海等28个省、市、自治区,主要适用于建筑、机械、矿山、农用等。目前,我们厂和国内同行业的一些老企业一样,存在着工艺落后,装备陈旧不配套的问题。这种状况已大大不适应当前国家对冶金生产和四化建设的要求。如何继续提高老企业的经济效益,这是当前许多兄弟单位正在认真研究和需要解决的。联系我厂几年来的实践,深深感到,加快技术改造步伐,是提高企业经济效益的重要途径。现就此问题谈一点个人的粗浅认识。
I plant is a small and medium-sized metallurgical system local backbone enterprises, more than 6,900 employees, annual output of more than 100,000 tons of electric steel, steel billet production capacity of more than 300,000 tons of steel. Products sell well in Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Shandong, Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui, Shanghai and other 28 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, mainly for construction, machinery, mining, agricultural and so on. At present, like some old enterprises in the same industry in our country, there are problems such as backward technology and outdated equipment. This situation has been greatly unsuited to the current national requirements for metallurgical production and the four modernizations. How to continue to improve the economic efficiency of the old enterprises is that many fraternal units are seriously studying and need to be resolved. Contact my factory practice over the past few years, deeply felt that accelerating the pace of technological innovation, is an important way to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. Now on this issue a little personal understanding.
