随着社会经济建设的发展,民办高校毕业生的就业形式变得多样化。但是,随之而来的是毕业生人员流动性强的问题,而民办高校毕业生党员的流动性又给党员教育管理工作带来新的挑战。为了避免民办高校毕业生党员在毕业之后将组织关系挂空,所以我们要加强民办高校毕业生党员教育管理工作,提高民办高校毕业生党员的思想政治素质。当前民办高校毕业生党员教育管理存在着诸多问题,这些问题不仅需要高校党组织来解决,也需要广大社会力量的帮助。本文针对民办高校毕业生党员管理中出现的问题,提出了几项加强、完善民办高校毕业生党员教育管理工作的意见与建议。
With the development of social economy, the employment patterns of private university graduates have become diversified. However, followed by the mobility of graduates is a problem, and the mobility of party members and graduates of private colleges and universities in turn bring new challenges to education and management of party members. In order to avoid the hang-up of the organizational relationship between the graduates of private colleges and graduates, we should strengthen the education and management of the graduates in private colleges and improve the ideological and political quality of the graduates. At present, there are many problems in the education and management of graduates in private universities. These problems not only need to be solved by the party organizations in colleges and universities, but also need the help of the majority of social forces. This article aims at the problems in the management of college graduates’ party members in private universities and puts forward some opinions and suggestions on how to strengthen and improve the education and management of the graduates in private colleges and universities.
