标准热处理卡片上规定,锻模的热处理规程是: (1)淬火(包括预热,加热,保温,冷却); (2)回火(包括预热,加热,保温,冷却——油冷); (3)燕尾回火。根据以上规程,在热处理过程中,燕尾回火时,每三套模子需要5~6小时,耗油量很大(柴油350公斤),很不经济。如果在整个模子回火后,不使它冷却,而直接放到炉上去进行燕尾回火,这样燕尾的加热过程是由摄氏500多度加热到摄氏600度,而不是由摄氏200度加热到摄氏600度,可以减少加热时
