新零件人们总认为是好的,往往忽视装机前对其进行检验。其实由于制造、搬运和储藏上的某些问题,常常造成一些新零件变形、损伤,甚至失效。如果装机时不认真检验,就可能造成修理质量不好,或者出现返工现象。我们大修过一台6135柴油机,更换零件较多,领来的新件都未检验,装好后试车时发现油压升不起来。开始以为是润滑系统的问题,进行了返修,但油压仍然很低。又对工艺过程
People always think that new parts are good and often ignore the inspection before installing them. In fact, due to certain problems in manufacturing, handling and storage, some new parts often result in deformation, damage, or even failure. If it is not carefully checked during installation, it may result in poor repair quality or rework. We overhauled a 6135 diesel engine, and replaced many parts.
