通过应用结垢预测理论对延长油田某区块长2、长6、长7、延8、延9和延10地层水的结垢特性进行了预测判断。预测结果表明,延长油田地层采出水属高矿化度污水,有氯化钙、碳酸氢钠和硫酸钠水型,易结垢离子含量较高,主要结垢形式为碳酸钙垢。不同水体混合配伍后有不同程度的结垢特性,长2和长6属于相同水质,与其他水体配伍性差,易生成难溶的硫酸钡垢。长7、延8、延9、延10四个水体混合配伍需采取碳酸钙和硫酸钙阻垢防垢措施。
Based on the theory of fouling prediction, the fouling characteristics of water in Chang 2, Chang 6, Chang 7, Yan 8, Yan 9 and Yan 10 formations in a certain oilfield are predicted. The prediction results show that the reclaimed water in the strata of Yanchang Oilfield is of high salinity with calcium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and sodium sulphate water, and has a high content of easily-fouling ions. The main form of fouling is calcium carbonate scale. Different water mixtures have different degrees of scaling characteristics, the length 2 and length 6 belong to the same water quality, compatibility with other water is poor, easy to produce insoluble barium sulfate scale. Long 7, Yan 8, Yan 9, Yan 10 four water mixing need to take calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate scale anti-scaling measures.
