该文论述了高职高专院校教师应具备双师素质,高职高专院校师资队伍建设实际操作中,要避免“叶公好龙”现象。我们可以借鉴国际上职业教育成功的作法和经验。当前经济社会发展新形势对提高职业学校教师素质提出了更新更高的要求。
This article discusses that teachers in higher vocational colleges should have the qualities of double qualifications. In the actual operation of teachers’ construction in higher vocational colleges, we should avoid the phenomenon of “Ye Gong good dragons”. We can draw on the successful international practices and experiences of vocational education. The current situation of economic and social development has raised newer and higher requirements for improving the quality of teachers in vocational schools.
