10例小儿阵发性心动过速用异搏停静注,治疗剂量0.1～0.3mg/kg,实际用量为0.07～0.1mg/kg,转复为窦律时间,短者5min,长者15min,10例病人均治疗有效.除一例新生儿出现暂时低血压表现外,其余无不良反应.本品禁与β-阻滞剂合用,若遇心脏停搏应快速使用阿托品、异丙基肾上腺素及钙剂解救,必要时行临时心内膜起搏.
