近年来,随着市场经济的快速发展,供电企业也将逐步转变传统的发展模式,进入到市场化的竞争中,在这种背景下,供电企业尤其是县级供电企业,由于自身能力的限制,要想在竞争中站稳脚跟,就需要对企业内部管理进行重新规划,要重点对绩效考核机制进行改革,更好的调动企业员工的积极性。本文就以此为中心,对县级供电企业绩效考核机制问题进行分析。
