任何因素使机体产生应激反应都有可能导致机体内分泌功能的改变,引致各种疾病发生.为探讨心理因素对甲状腺内分泌细胞的影响,本实验采用心理应激动物模型:健康雄性成年SD大鼠,随机等分成A、B、C三组,另设正常对照组.分别给予A组:有规律电刺激,前或后加无规律闪光刺激B组:有规律电刺激,加有规律闪光刺激;C组:仅给予无规律闪光刺激.持续6天,第7天晨各组动物仅按先前方式给予闪光刺激后,常规灌流固定,取甲状腺作石蜡包埋切片,采用免疫组化ABC法,检测各组甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞甲状腺球蛋白免疫反应阳性细胞的变化,同时取部分切片作HE染色对照,并以体视学参数进行定量分析.结果:正常组甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞甲状腺球蛋白阳性细胞数目多,呈清晰可辩的单层立方上皮,少数为柱状上皮,细胞密度大,胞质呈深棕色,胞核不着色或淡黄色;应激组阳性细胞明显减少,且呈区域性分布,滤泡上皮细胞以扁平为主,胞核也为扁平形.而不同就激条件下A、B、C三组免疫反应阳性细胞的数量、形态、阳性反应强弱也均有明显的组间差异,以A组
