基于三角相图方法,由长庆油田广泛使用的清蜡剂KY-3、专门配制的两种浓缩醚W-P和W-I及筛选出的表面活性剂RJII-103配制出了运用于油井解堵的胶束醚ZHJ-1和适用于注水井解堵的胶束酸ZHJ-3,浓缩酸W-I为解堵剂ZHJ-4。对这三种缓速酸解堵剂的多项性能进行了室内对比评价:互溶性和配伍性;高低温和放置稳定性;溶垢、溶蜡性能;缓速性能;腐蚀性;二次乳化;酸渣量;界面张力。介绍了在长庆油田马岭等不同地区不同井况的14口油井用ZHJ-1解堵(成功率92.3%),不同类的3口注水井用ZHJ-3+ZHJ-4解堵(成功率100%)的结果并作了对比分析。
Based on the phase diagram method, KY-3, which is widely used in Changqing Oilfield, two concentrated ethers W-P and W-I and RJII-103 screened out, ZHJ-1 for the plugging of micelles and ZHJ-3 for micellar acid for plugging in injection wells. The concentrated acid W-I is ZHJ-4. Introduced ZHJ-1 plugging (success rate 92.3%) in 14 oil wells with different well conditions in different areas such as Maling in Changqing Oilfield. The 3 different injection wells were successfully plugged with ZHJ-3 + ZHJ-4 Rate of 100%) of the results and made a comparative analysis.
