推荐一种圆盘形试样作为一种标准试样补入ASTM(E399-78a)金属材料平面应变断裂韧性试验。它是径向开裂纹试样,其加载方式与现行的标准紧凑试样的普通方法相同。已进行的试验和分析工作,旨在证明所推荐的圆形紧凑试样及与之相关的应力强度因子K解适合于标准平面应变断裂韧性试验。本文还介绍了圆形紧凑试样在其它断裂试验方面的应用。
A disc-shaped specimen is recommended as a standard specimen for the plane strain fracture toughness test of ASTM (E399-78a) metallic materials. It is a radial cracked specimen that is loaded in the same way as conventional standard compact specimens. The tests and analyzes that have been performed are designed to demonstrate that the proposed circular compact specimen and its associated stress intensity factor K solution fit into a standard plane strain fracture toughness test. This article also introduces the use of circular compact specimens for other fracture tests.
