本文对碳纤维-铜(CF/Cu)复合材料的热膨胀系数及电阻率进行了研究。测定了单向和混向CF/Cu复合材料在不同纤维含量下的热膨胀系数;根据提出的混向复合材料模型,推导出热膨胀系数的表达式。结果表明:实验值和计算值较为吻合。CF/Cu复合材料的电阻率随纤维含量的增大而上升。单向复合材料在纤维轴向上的电阻率变化规律基本上符合复合材料的混合规则(ROM),但混向复合材料的电阻则不符合。
In this paper, the thermal expansion coefficient and resistivity of carbon fiber-copper (CF / Cu) composites were studied. The thermal expansion coefficients of unidirectional and mixed CF / Cu composites at different fiber contents were measured. According to the proposed hybrid composite model, the expression of thermal expansion coefficient was deduced. The results show that the experimental values and calculated values are in good agreement. The resistivity of CF / Cu composites increases with the increase of fiber content. The variation of electrical resistivity in the direction of fiber axis of unidirectional composite basically accorded with the composite rule (ROM), but the electrical resistance of composite composite did not meet the requirement.
