避孕对于保障妇女、儿童健康与促进社会主义建设具有重要意义的,避孕方法虽有多种,其主要的如子宫颈帽、子宫内避孕环、阴茎套或利用非排卵期——安全期,以及内分泌制剂、杀精虫药品等,但仍未能达到既对生理作用无害又不妨碍性感,简单可靠之要求。不过在实际使用上,我们认为子宫内避孕环还是比较好的,诸如安放简单能持续1—2年之久,不妨碍性感,成功率可达96％以上,又便于推广,特别是适合于广大农村的应用,虽然对于子宫内膜之病理作用存在着不同的争论,与一定数量的并发症,我们认为这只是在避孕环的形状、质料与安置方法上的问题,有待进一步的研究。近半年来,我国有些都市已大量采用子宫内避孕
