政府公共服务分为有形性和无形性两种,城市现代化分为硬件和软件两部分。政府公共服务供给与城市现代化是相互促进且动态相关的。我国政府公共服务供给中仍然存在着供给总量不足、结构失衡、主体相对单一、缺乏效率公平、公众参与度低下等问题。为改善政府公共服务的供给水平,建立城市现代化和政府公共服务供给的良性互动机制,须从政府公共服务供给的计划、组织、领导和控制等方面入手。
Government public service is divided into two kinds of tangible and intangible, urban modernization is divided into two parts of hardware and software. The supply of government public services and urban modernization are mutually reinforcing and dynamically related. In China’s government public service supply, there still exist some problems such as insufficient supply, unbalanced structure, relatively single subjects, lack of efficiency and low public participation. In order to improve the supply level of government public services and establish a benign interaction mechanism between urban modernization and government public service supply, we must start with the plan, organization, leadership and control of government public service supply.
