市场经济的竞争属性决定了竞争法对经营主体竞争行为调控的必要性;竞争法制度体系本身就在于规范竞争秩序从而实现市场运行的有序化;竞争法主要规制不正当竞争行为和垄断行为;随着市场经济的深化,亟待需要完善有关法律规范,以期更好地发挥竞争法在引导市场经营主体公平竞争方面的作用。
The competitive nature of the market economy determines the necessity of regulating and regulating the competition of business entities by the competition law. The competition law system itself is to standardize the order of the competition so as to achieve the orderly operation of the market. The competition law mainly regulates unfair competition and monopolistic behavior.
