我国正处于转型的关键时期,加上全球金融危机的影响,对政府的决策能力是一个极大的考验。基于这个角度,对于政府决策机制的研究是必要的,也是不可避免的。政府作为权威机构的典型体现,在公共政策制定的过程中起着重要和关键的作用。本文在借鉴和吸收有关政府决策机制创新理论研究的基础上,试图从学理的角度对公共政策领域中政府决策机制进行评价论研究,具体分析政府决策活动的两个基本环节和政府决策活动的检验及其修正机制,明晰政府决策机制的评价论本质。
My country is in a critical period of transition. Coupled with the impact of the global financial crisis, it is a great test for the government’s decision-making ability.
