1 新型干法水泥、散装水泥 以企业技术改造为基本途径,发展日产2000吨熟料及以上规模的新型干法预分解窑水泥生产线,鼓励企业发展日产4000吨以上新型干法水泥生产线;在石灰石资源富集地区建设大型熟料基地,靠近市场发展大型现代化水泥粉磨站;发展散装水泥和商品混凝土搅拌站。
