葡萄是我国四大水果之一,其中70%以上用于鲜食,近年来鲜食葡萄产量、贮存量逐年迅速增加。但鲜食葡萄采后常温下容易失水、干支脱粒、腐烂变质,故机械冷藏是解决鲜食葡萄长期贮藏,延长供应期限的有效方法。鲜食葡萄冷藏技术工艺流程为:选耐贮品种→采收→装箱→运至冷藏厂→整理果穗→剔除伤残、病粒及小粒果→分级→包装→预冷→防腐处理→入库→贮藏条件控制→适时结束贮藏。经过多年来的贮藏试验和指导贮户贮藏,我们摸索出的鲜食葡萄冷藏保鲜技术
