目的探讨脱细胞异种皮覆盖大面积烧伤深二度削痂后创面的临床疗效。方法对我院2012年1月至2014年1月共90例大面积烧伤深二度创面削痂后是否采用脱细胞异种皮覆盖分成治疗组与对照组各45例,针对深二度创面愈合时间,创面细菌培养阳性例数,换药次数,患者存活率进行回顾性比较分析。结果治疗组创面平均愈合时间16d,创面细菌培养阳性例数5例,换药次数3~6次,存活患者45例。对照组创面平均愈合时间21d,换药次数6~16次,存活患者42例,创面细菌培养阳性例数15例。结论大面积烧伤深二度削痂后创面采用脱细胞异种皮覆盖,可以显著缩短患者创面愈合时间,减少换药次数,减少创面细菌培养阳性发生率,提高患者生存率。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acellular xeno-peel skin wound covering second-degree deep scar after extensive burns. Methods From January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital a total of 90 cases of extensive burns deep second wound surface excision whether the use of acellular xenodexial skin cover divided into treatment group and control group of 45 cases of deep second wound healing time , Wound bacterial culture positive cases, dressing changes, patient survival rates were retrospectively analyzed. Results The average wound healing time was 16 days in the treatment group, 5 in the bacterial culture positive cases, 3 to 6 dressing changes and 45 surviving patients. In the control group, the average wound healing time was 21 days, the dressing frequency was 6 ~ 16 times, the number of surviving patients was 42, and the number of wound bacterial culture positive cases was 15. Conclusion The wounds with second-degree excision of deep-burn can be covered with acellular xeno-skin, which can significantly shorten the wound healing time, reduce the number of dressing changes, reduce the positive incidence of bacterial culture in the wound and improve the survival rate.
