本文采用免疫细胞化学(PAP)方法对脑啡肽样免疫反应(ENK-LI)在脊髓背角的光镜及电镜定位,以及切断脊神经背根后背角内脑啡肽样免疫反应的光镜改变进行了研究。结果表明脊髓背角脑啡肽样免疫反应性以Ⅰ~Ⅲ层明显,特别是Ⅱ层。电镜下在含脑啡肽的轴突终末内,免疫反应产物主要位于小清亮囊泡以及线粒体的外表面,也见于大的致密囊泡内。此外,可见脑啡肽标记的轴突终末与未标记的轴突终末或树突相突触。切断脊神经背根后,该侧脑啡肽样免疫反应性较正常侧增高。上述结果提示胶状质内脑啡肽神经元与一级感觉传入纤维有密切的关系。
In this study, immunocytochemistry (PAP) was used to detect the enkephalin-like immunoreactivity (ENK-LI) in the dorsal horn of the spinal cord by light and electron microscopy, and light microscopy to cut off the enkephalin-like immunoreactivity in the dorsal horn of the dorsal root Change was studied. The results showed that the d-enkephalin-like immunoreactivity in spinal dorsal horn was evident in layers I-III, especially in layer II. Under electron microscopy, in the terminal axon containing enkephalins, the immunoreaction products are mainly located on small clear vesicles and on the outer surface of mitochondria, as well as in large, dense vesicles. In addition, it can be seen that enkephalin-labeled axonal terminals are synaptically in contact with unlabeled axonal terminals or dendrites. After cutting off the dorsal root of the dorsal root, the enkephalin-like immunoreactivity in the dorsal horn increased compared with that in the normal side. The above results suggest that there is a close relationship between enkephalin neurons and primary afferent fibers.
