近年来,单病种质控在管理中的作用愈来愈突出。例如,医院分析医护质量和掌握医疗费用情况,卫生主管制定公费医疗费用标准;保险机构指定医疗保险赔付标准;总量控制,结构调整等问题均依赖单病种质控。为此,中国医学科学院制定了《病种质量控制标准(试行草案)》作为全国《综合医院分级管理标准(试行草案)》附件之八。但就目前情况看,单病种质控开展不理想,原因是多方面的。最近,我院为准备三级甲等医院复审,编制了一套病种质控微机管理系统。该系统投入临床后,效果良好,迅速在泰安地区得到推广应用。本地区从过去不到6个单位开展单病种质控,迅速发展到30多个单位。控制病种也从平均不足8种,扩展到平均56种,最多的达到102种。病种质控微机管理系统在推广单病种质控管理工作中起到了关键作用。 1 开发环境 硬件包括:联想486,主频66兆,硬盘1G,内存4M,VGA显示器,配置1.44M和1.2M的软驱,软件包括;MS-DOS6.22,汉字操作系统UCDOS6.0,汉化FOXPLUS2.0;
In recent years, the role of single-disease quality control in management has become increasingly prominent. For example, the hospital analyzes the quality of medical care and grasps the medical expenses, the health director establishes the public expense medical expense standard, the insurance institution specifies the medical insurance payout standard, the total amount control, the structural adjustment and other issues all rely on single-disease quality control. To this end, the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences has formulated the “Quality Control Standards for Diseases (Trial Draft)” as the “Annex 8” of the “General Hospital Classification Management Standards (Trial Draft)”. However, as far as the current situation is concerned, the quality control of single-disease species is unsatisfactory, and the reasons are many. Recently, our hospital prepared a set of quality control computer management system for the preparation of a Grade III A hospital review. After the system was put into clinical practice, the effect was good and it was quickly applied in the Tai’an area. In the past, the disease control of single disease species was carried out in less than 6 units in the region, and it has rapidly developed to more than 30 units. The number of disease-control species also expanded from an average of less than 8 species to an average of 56 species, reaching a maximum of 102 species.
