企业安全文化是“生命文化”“生存文化”是关系职工生死的大文化,也是不容忽视的文化。地质勘探行业企业安全文化由于起步较迟,相对于煤矿行业危险性小等原因,企业安全文化的建设和发展存在着较多的弊端。如何加强煤田地勘行业企业安全文化建设,针对其行业点多、线长、面广特点,笔者提出了如下措施,与大家探讨。
