为研究条带煤柱的长期受力变形状态,采用钻孔应力计与位移监测仪对岱庄煤矿条带煤柱进行了长期观测研究。研究表明:岱庄煤矿70 m条带煤柱分为58 m弹性核区、4~5 m塑性破坏区和1 m完全破碎区;通过对实测数据进行修正,确定了煤柱各分区的实际支撑能力,煤柱5 m深度部位的实际长期支撑能力11.896 MPa;条带煤柱中间50 m的平均长期支撑能力为29.5 MPa,承载能力大于采留尺度范围内的覆岩重量;同时冒落的矸石充填采空区,对基本顶和覆岩具有一定的支撑作用,故该煤柱是长期稳定的。
In order to study long-term stress and deformation of strip coal pillar, long-term observation of strip coal pillar in Daizhuang Coal Mine was carried out by using borehole stress meter and displacement monitor. The results show that the 70 m strip coal pillar in Daizhuang Coal Mine is divided into 58 m elastic core zone, 4 ~ 5 m plastic failure zone and 1 m complete crushing zone. By correcting the measured data, the actual support of each pillar of coal pillar is determined The actual long-term supporting capacity at the 5 m depth of the coal pillar is 11.896 MPa. The average long-term supporting capacity of the middle 50 m of the coal pillar is 29.5 MPa. The carrying capacity is greater than that of the overlying strata within the scope of the collection and retention scale. Filling gob area, the basic roof and overburden rock has some support, so the coal pillar is long-term stability.
