故障现象:该机双音频拨号时有时发生错号,有时又正常,错号没有规律。该机脉冲拨号及其它功能正常。分析与检修:将该机接入电话线上试机,发现叉簧接触不良,用手按下叉簧时听筒有杂音,打开机壳更换新叉簧,又将拨号按键盘内部作了彻底的清洁,并检查了排线的每一个焊点均正常无污物,装好后试按压叉簧,听筒已没有杂音,试拨电话仍发生错号(尤其是慢速拨号),错号发生时没等拨完七
