通过实验室内试验和现场试验,选择和改进了RCC配合比;比较了RCC工艺和RCD工法。实验表明:HRCC要求最小胶凝材料用量180kg/m3;其技术性能接近或优于同级常态混凝土;施工接缝抗剪强度较高,即使夏季施工也不例外,因此,HRCC满足龙滩200m级高坝的要求。
Through the laboratory test and field test, the RCC compounding ratio was selected and improved. The RCC process and RCD process were compared. The experiments show that HRCC requires a minimum amount of cementitious material 180kg / m3; its technical performance is close to or better than the same level of normal concrete; the shear strength of construction joints is high, even in summer construction, HRCC meets 200m High dam requirements.
