目的为了探讨长期低剂量慢性电离辐射对特殊环境工作人员口腔健康的影响,客观分析特殊环境工作人员的口腔健康状况,为进一步提高防护能力提供依据。方法此次检测采用常规硫脲新试剂探针测定法,其是基于N-戊基-N-(对氨基苯磺酸钠)硫脲(APT)与HSA相互作用引起H SA的同步荧光发生特异性变化,且体系的同步荧光强度和溶液中HSA的浓度呈良好的线性关系,建立了以APT为分子探针,运用固定波长同步荧光光谱分析测定唾液总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白含量的方法。获得数据利用FoxPro6.0软件建立数据库,SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果总蛋白(Total Protein)平均浓度为(3.904±1.369)g/L,其最小浓度为0.30 g/L,最大浓度为7.50g/L;白蛋白(Albumin)平均浓度为(0.965±0.665)g/L,其最小浓度为0.09 g/L,最大浓度为3.98g/L;球蛋白(Globulin)平均浓度为(2.895±0.947)g/L,其最小浓度为0.01g/L,最大浓度为5.81g/L。白蛋白与球蛋白(A/G)平均比值为0.327。结论长期小剂量慢性电离辐射打破机体生理平衡,TP、ALB和GLO浓度发生明显改变,对特殊环境工作人员的健康影响不容忽视,有必要做好特殊环境工作人员口腔健康的监护,提高个体防护意识,加强放射监测与防护措施,完善各项规章制度,切实减少电离辐射对特殊环境工作人员健康损害。
Objective To investigate the effects of long-term, low-dose chronic ionizing radiation on the oral health of special environmental workers and to objectively analyze the oral health conditions of special environmental workers so as to provide basis for further improving the protective ability. Methods This assay uses a conventional thiourea neo-reagent probe assay based on the simultaneous fluorescence of H-S caused by the interaction of N-pentyl-N- (sodium p-aminobenzenesulfonate) thiourea (APT) The linear relationship between the synchronous fluorescence intensity of the system and the concentration of HSA in the solution was established. A method for determining total salivary protein, albumin and globulin using APT as molecular probe was established by using fixed wavelength synchronous fluorescence spectrometry . Access to data using FoxPro6.0 software to establish a database, SPSS16.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The average total protein concentration was (3.904 ± 1.369) g / L, the minimum concentration was 0.30 g / L and the maximum concentration was 7.50 g / L. The average albumin concentration was (0.965 ± 0.665) g / L with the minimum concentration of 0.09 g / L and the maximum concentration of 3.98 g / L; the average concentration of Globulin was (2.895 ± 0.947) g / L, the minimum concentration was 0.01 g / L and the maximum concentration was 5.81 g / L. The average ratio of albumin to globulin (A / G) was 0.327. Conclusion Long-term, low-dose chronic ionizing radiation can break the physiological balance and the concentrations of TP, ALB and GLO significantly change. The health effects on special environmental workers should not be neglected. It is necessary to guard the oral health of special environmental workers and raise the awareness of individual protection. , Strengthen radiation monitoring and protection measures, improve various rules and regulations, and effectively reduce the health damage caused by ionizing radiation to special environmental workers.
