《汉字文化》1991年第四期所刊李涛同志的《中国人汉字观的发展变化》一文,勾勒了百年来汉字观的变化,使人们有一个清楚的认识。下边只想做一点资料性的补充。 文章第四节引述了1931年在海参崴举行的汉字拉丁化代表大会的情况。我手头有苏联新字母中央委员会1932年在莫斯科出版的有关文件的影印本。与李涛同志所据吴玉章《文字改革文集》对照,有若干不同。经与俄文比较,1932年的译文与俄文完全一致;可见当时是以俄文为标准本。
The article entitled “The Development and Changes of the View of Chinese Characters” by Comrade Li Tao published in the fourth issue of “Chinese Character Culture” in 1991 outlines the changes in the concept of Chinese characters for a hundred years and gives people a clear idea. Below just want to do a little information supplementary. Section IV of the article quotes the 1931 Chinese character Latinization Congress held in Vladivostok. I have at hand a photocopy of the relevant document published by the Central Committee of the New Russian Letters in Moscow in 1932. According to Wu Yuzhang’s “Text Reform Collected Works” according to Comrade Li Tao, there are a number of differences. After comparing with Russian, the translation of 1932 is exactly the same as that of Russian; we can see that at that time, it was based on Russian.
