为了有效控制非典型肺炎疫情的传播,进一步做好非典型肺炎患者密切接触人员的医学观察及生活保障工作,根据《传染病防治法》、《传染病防治法实施办法》和有关法律、法规的规定,通告如下:一、非典型肺炎患者密切接触人员(以下简称密切接触人员),是指近期在生活、学习或工作中与非典型肺炎患者或疑似病人直接接触人员,或根据流行病学调查和现场情况由卫生防疫人员综合评定的其他人员。
