本文介绍的电话线路监控器具有如下功能:(1)防盗用。如有人试图在电话外线(从总机到本监控器之间)任何一处并机使用时,监控器立刻将电话外线短路,使盗用机因供电不正常而不能使用,同时用发光管指示出来,盗用机解除后线路又将恢复正常;(2)主人使用电话时不受影响。即能识别出电话线路是正常使用还是盗用,不用附加任何开关,使用十分方便;(3)功耗极低。可直接用电话线路上的电源供电,不必另设电源;(4)线路简单,成本低廉,装调方便。
