于1977年8月间、全家8人因误吃毒蘑发生严重中毒、其中5名患儿收儿科病房治疗、现报导如下:一、临床资料5例患儿中,男2例、女3例。年令最小者为5岁,最大者为15岁。(一)症状及体征:5例患儿全部有发热、恶心、腹泻、胃部灼热感、多汗、肝大、黄疸、有4例腹痛、呕吐、嗜睡、2例有鼻衄、呕吐咖啡物、肺有罗音,皮肤黄染重、后见肝脏缩小、惊厥、昏迷等急性肝委缩而死亡。3例患儿曾有耳下腺肿大、是兼
