中小学校在校园文化建设过程中,存在着如下问题:过分注重物质文化建设,忽视精神文化建设;单一强化管理制度建设,忽略人文精神熏陶;一味追求文化活动形式,弱化文化活动内涵;片面追求建设模式趋同,缺乏文化校本特色。在反思的基础上,增城中学在建设校园文化过程中,注意做到:让校园文化建设扎根于学校优良的文化传统;让校园文化建设立足于学校办学理念;让校园文化建设融合于区域文化发展;让校园文化建设服务于人才培养目标。
