金刚石砂轮V形尖端具有微小的轮廓结构,导致砂轮在磨削过程中很容易发生磨损,进而砂轮V形尖端的锋利度下降。传统砂轮的修整方法难以适用于此类金刚石砂轮的精密修整,因此,针对金属基金刚石砂轮V形尖端修整困难的问题,提出了旋转绿碳化硅圆棒(GC)走数控对磨程序的修整方法。GC棒沿着规划好的数控轨迹与砂轮修整面对磨,有效的去除砂轮基体,最终形成锋利的V形尖端。实验结果表明,修整后的D15A金属结合剂金刚石砂轮的圆度达到了3μm,尖端圆弧半径可以降低至31μm。
The V-shaped tip of the diamond wheel has a tiny outline structure, which makes it easy for the grinding wheel to wear during the grinding process, so that the sharpness of the V-shaped tip of the grinding wheel decreases. Therefore, in order to solve the problem of V-shaped tip grinding of metal-based diamond grinding wheel, a dressing method of rotating green silicon carbide round bar (GC) walking on CNC grinding process is proposed . GC rods along the planned NC trajectory and wheel dressing face grinding, the effective removal of the wheel base, the final form sharp V-shaped tip. The experimental results show that the circularity of the finished D15A metal bonded diamond wheel reaches 3μm and the radius of the tip arc can be reduced to 31μm.
