测定新生儿不同疾病时尿一氧化氮(NO)代谢产物亚硝酸盐(NO_2~-)的变化,结果:败血症、高胆红素血症、肺炎均高于正常对照组,而一般感染和缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿尿NO_2~-同正常对照组比较无明显差异,提示NO可能在新生儿肺炎、败血症、高胆红素血症发病机制中起一定作用。
The changes of nitric oxide (NO 2 -) in urinary nitric oxide (NO) in different diseases of newborns were measured. Results: The sepsis, hyperbilirubinemia and pneumonia were higher than those of normal control group, while the general infection and absence There was no significant difference in urinary NO 2 - in newborn infants with oxygen-ischemic encephalopathy, suggesting that NO may play a role in the pathogenesis of neonatal pneumonia, sepsis and hyperbilirubinemia.
