内部控制是衡量现代企事业管理的重要标志,,建立健全有效的内部控制制度对现代企事业单来说至关重要,而事业单位不以营利为主要目的,不同于一般经营性单位。随着市场经济制度的不断发展和事业单位自身改革的不断推进,我国事业单位从非营利性服务机构转向多元化、市场化发展。
Internal control is an important indicator to measure the modern enterprise management. Establishing a sound and effective internal control system is very important to modern enterprises and institutions. Public institutions are not mainly for profit but different from ordinary operating units. With the continuous development of the market economy system and the continuous reform of institutions themselves, our institutions have shifted from non-profit service organizations to diversified and marketized developments.
