网络公共事件的频发对我国社会的影响越来越大,如何应对、处置和治理网络公共事件是各级党委和政府关注的重大课题。政府要从应对、防范、处置、限制之类的理念推进到治理。治理的主要任务不是进一步强化政府的角色和定位,而是更加强调政府与社会、政府与中介组织、政府与民众等多元力量的互动、沟通与配合。治理网络公共事件,需要把握和落实好几个关键的着力点。
The frequent occurrence of online public events has an increasingly great impact on our society. How to deal with, handle and manage online public events is a major issue that the party committees and governments at various levels pay close attention to. The government should proceed from the concepts of coping, precaution, handling and restriction to governance. The main task of governance is not to further strengthen the role and orientation of the government. Rather, it emphasizes the interaction, communication and cooperation between the government and society, the government and intermediary organizations, the government and the people. To manage cyber public events, we need to grasp and implement several key focuses.
