以沙鼠-彭亨丝虫为模型,对接种1～8次彭亨丝虫感染期幼虫的沙鼠进行为期181d的实验观察,以确定该虫感染时期和虫荷对本虫相关炎症反应和免疫应答的影响。
In the gerbil - Penicillium diversiformis model, the gerbils inoculated with 1 ~ 8 Paenibacillus infestation larvae were observed for 181 days to determine the impact of the insect infection period and insect burden on the inflammation and immune response.
