在“省管县”的行政改革背景下,县级政府执行公共政策的状况逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。县域内公共政策良好执行效果的实现与既定政策目标的达到,离不开公民强有力的监督。本文在分析县级政府公共政策执行中的问题及原因的基础上,找出我国公民监督县级政府公共政策执行的路径,为完善我国的公民监督体制提出建设性意见。
Under the background of administrative reform of “provincial management county”, the implementation of public policy by the county government gradually becomes the focus of attention. The implementation of the good implementation of public policies in the county and the achievement of the established policy goals are inseparable from the vigorous supervision of the citizens. Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons in the implementation of the county government public policy, this paper finds out the way our citizens monitor the implementation of the county government public policy, and puts forward constructive suggestions for improving our country’s citizen supervision system.
