在举国欢腾庆祝党的十届三中全会胜利召开的大喜日子里,黑龙江省化学分析技术经验交流会于7月21日至7月27日在佳木斯市召开。会议由省科委、机械局、冶金局共同主持。参加会议的有来自机械、冶金、农机、地质、国防工业、铁路交通、轻工和大专院校等各条战线162个单位、280多名代表。兄弟省市有关厂所也应邀派代表参加了会议。会议学习了十届三中全会的公报,并迸行了热烈的座谈和讨论。与会代表一致认为十届三中全会是具有重大历史意义的会议,各项决议表达了全党全军全国人民的心愿。
In the joy of celebrating the success of the Third Plenary Session of the 10th CPC National Congress, the exchange of experience in chemical analysis technology in Heilongjiang Province was held in Jiamusi City from July 21 to July 27.
