科学研究与科学著述的最终目的是为社会带来物质与精神文明,极大地改善人类的精神与物质生活,增进人类幸福。通过什么样的途径才能达到这一目的,收到科学工作的社会效果,是一个十分重要而具有现实意义的问题。科研成果与科学作品如果不能在社会上发挥作用,科学工作的意义就大大减低了。由于这个问题涉及面很广;加之,人们对这个问题的认识不尽一致,还有不少认识问题有待解决,因此,对此难于作出全面的论述。本讲只作
The ultimate goal of scientific research and scientific writing is to bring about material and spiritual civilization to society, greatly improving the spiritual and material life of humankind and promoting human happiness. What kind of ways can we achieve this goal? It is a very important and realistic issue to receive the social effects of scientific work. If scientific research and scientific works can not play a role in society, the significance of scientific work will be greatly reduced.
