本研究旨在探究脉红螺摄食喜好性,为脉红螺亲体培育选择最佳饵料为目的。实验投喂等重量的螠蛏、贻贝、文蛤、长牡蛎、毛蚶、菲律宾蛤仔、长竹蛏、青蛤、四角蛤蜊、中国蛤蜊活体饵料,计量脉红螺对各种活体贝类的摄食个数和摄食重量;然后又从脉红螺喜食的种类中选出了四角蛤蜊、中国蛤蜊、缢蛏、贻贝进行了摄食效果和成活率方面进行了实验,以促进其快速发育、交配,产出优质的卵袋,从而人工育苗打下坚实基础。结果表明,脉红螺摄食螠蛏、长竹蛏、中国蛤蜊的个数和摄食重量高出其他活体饵料,尤其对螠蛏摄食个数和重量远高于其他饵料,表现出一定的摄食喜好;四种贝类单一养成实验结果是四角蛤蜊和中国蛤蜊最好,缢蛏次之,贻贝最差,但投喂期间的活率贻贝最高,缢蛏最差。
