今年上半年,我们旅在军内外各种报刊、电台共用稿四百零二篇,平均每天两篇多。这个成绩的取得,同各级领导关心报道员的工作和切身利盆是分不开的。在为新闻报道员解决实际问题上,我们旅主要做了六件事:①各级都为报道员腾出专门住房,并配备了桌椅、暖水瓶;②每月为报道员购买三至五元的业务书籍和学习用品;③新闻报道人员坐车实行月票制;④上级配发给宣传科的自行车,由报道员专人使用、管理,⑤各级一般会议都吸收报道员参加,并及时让报道员了解上级文件精神;⑥旅、团领导下部队检查工作时,带上报道员随同采访。领导的关怀,极大地鼓舞了报道人员的写稿热情。
