按传统方法搅拌成65~70%浓度的砂浆输送充填料的方法,已证明是一种简单可靠的方法,但因砂浆中含水多以及水泥的流失,排水费用的增高,作业时间的延长,导致费用昂贵和生产能力下降.由于水灰比大,留在采场的水泥总是产生过分水化作用,因此,为了满足不同开采方法所要求的充填强度,就必须提高加入充填料中的水泥用量和加强充填准备工作以承受料浆产生的压头.为了克服上述这些不利因素,国际镍公司研究了几种在高浓度(75~90%)下,将充填料输送到地下去的方法.目前,有三种输送方法正在该公司进行试验.即:砼泵送技术、高浓度砂浆流动和气力输送.本文介绍其试验应用实际.
The traditional method of mixing 65% to 70% mortar for filling material has proved to be a simple and reliable method. However, due to the water content in the mortar and the loss of cement, the cost of drainage increases and the working time prolongs. Expensive and less productive due to the high water-cement ratio, the cement remaining in the stope always produces excessive hydration, and therefore the amount of cement added to the charge must be increased in order to meet the required filling strength for different mining methods In order to overcome these disadvantages, Internation Nickel Corporation has studied several methods of delivering filler material to the ground at high concentrations (75-90%). Currently , There are three kinds of delivery methods are being tested by the company.It is: concrete pumping technology, high concentration mortar flow and pneumatic conveying.This article describes the actual test application.
