为了加强有色矿山安全生产,确保尾矿库安全运行,有色总公司于1988年8月8日至10日在河北省寿王坟铜矿召开尾矿库安全工作会议。会议的主要作务是:总结交流尾矿库安全管理与防讯抢验的经验教训、审查有关矿山尾矿库安全技术和防讯的问题及措施方案、落实尾矿库安全责任承包制。
