目的了解长沙空港口岸输入性传染病的分布特征,为进一步有效开展口岸传染病防控提供科学依据。方法分析2013—2016年长沙空港口岸2 954 030人次入境人员中检出的呼吸道、消化道、蚊媒传染病病例在不同性别、年龄、监测方式(体温监测/医学巡查/主动申报)中的分布,确定传染病的时间、空间、地区分布规律。结果共发现1 107例疑似病例,检出登革热、甲型流感、乙型流感、诺如病毒感染、副溶血弧菌感染等各类传染病319例。不同年份、年龄组、不同地区的传染病检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别及监测方式传染病检出率差异无统计学意义(Ρ>0.05)。结论应加强对来自东南亚地区、有呼吸道传染病症状的中青年人群的筛查。
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of sexually transmitted diseases (SARS) in Changsha Airport Port and provide a scientific basis for further prevention and control of port-borne infectious diseases. Methods The distribution of respiratory, digestive and mosquito-borne diseases detected in 2 954 030 arrivals at the Changsha Airport Port during 2013-2016 was analyzed in different genders, ages and monitoring methods (body temperature monitoring / medical inspection / active notification) , To determine the time, space, and distribution of infectious diseases. Results A total of 1 107 suspected cases were detected and 319 cases of various infectious diseases including dengue fever, influenza A, influenza B, Norovirus infection and Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected. There were significant differences in the detection rate of infectious diseases in different years, age groups and different regions (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the detection rate of infectious diseases between different genders and monitoring methods (P> 0.05). Conclusion The screening of young and middle-aged people with respiratory symptoms in Southeast Asia should be strengthened.
