目的探讨流程改革对提高工作质量和效率的作用。方法运用“业务流程重组”的理念和方法,持续性改进和优化原有流程中不合理环节。对比2007年1-6月流程重组前和2009年1-6月流程重组后的各项运行数据。结果工作流程重组后用药失误率、药品破损率及人员配置数据比较,差异具有统计学意义。结论流程重组是对原有工作模式的彻底变革和成功尝试,使药品流通由审方到配置过程更加科学、合理、高效。
Objective To explore the role of process reform in improving the quality and efficiency of work. The method uses the concept of “Business Process Reengineering” to continuously improve and optimize the unreasonable links in the original process. Compare the operating data after the process reorganization in January-June 2007 and January-June 2009 respectively. Results After the workflow reorganization, the error rate of medication, the rate of drug damage and staffing data were compared, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The process reorganization is a radical change and successful attempt to the original work mode, which makes the flow of medicines more scientific, rational and efficient from the trial to the allocation process.
