硝苯呋海因钠(Dantrolene)是直接作用于肌肉的松弛药,对中枢神经系统抑制作用轻微。作者报道用硝苯呋海因配合治愈一例严重破伤风病人。此例,男,30岁,4天前被锈钉扎伤。入院前24小时,病人牙关紧闭逐渐加重,伴有肩背疼痛和僵硬。过去未接受过破伤风免疫注射。入院时神志清楚,体型健壮,呈轻度焦虑状。血压160/90 mmHg,体温、脉搏、呼吸均正常。牙关紧闭,苦笑面容,项背强直。除右脚底1～2mm扎伤伤口和肌肉僵硬外,未见其它明显异常。诊断为破伤风。立即肌注破伤风免疫球蛋白3000单位。静滴青霉素200万单位,每4小时一次,共9天。
Dantrolene is a relaxing drug that acts directly on the muscles and has a mild inhibitory effect on the central nervous system. The authors report that a case of severe tetanus was cured with nifedipine. In this case, male, 30 years old, was stabbed by a rust nail four days earlier. Twenty-four hours before admission, the patient’s tightening of the teeth gradually aggravates with shoulder pain and stiffness. In the past did not receive tetanus immunization. Conscious at admission, physical fitness, mild anxiety-like. Blood pressure 160/90 mmHg, body temperature, pulse, respiration are normal. Tight shut, smile face, neck back straight. Penicillin 2 million units, once every 4 hours, a total of 9 days.
