溴隐亭为麦角的多肽衍生物,与各种器官的多巴胺受体结合,其作用类似于前列腺环素(PGI_2).两药都能引起动脉扩张和血压降低.鉴于麦角新碱有促进妊娠大鼠子宫释放PGI_2作用,作者研究了溴隐亭对妊娠大鼠子宫和离体胸主动脉的PGI_2释放的影响.
