故障现象一辆行程为5万km的标致307轿车(装配1.6L发动机和手动变速器),接通空调(A/C)开关,空调不工作,空调压缩机离合器不吸合,空调侧面、中间出风口无冷风吹出,且仪表板上多功能显示屏显示“ICE ALERT”(结冰警告)字样。故障诊断标致307轿车空调系统有制热和制冷2个装置,这2个装置还配备制冷系统运行控制电路和空气分配管路。制冷装置主要由空调压缩机、冷凝器、干燥器、压力开关、膨胀阀、蒸发器、鼓风机等部件和控制系统组成。
