由于造纸黒液污染严重和目前实际应用中黒液蒸发工段控制效果不太满意的现状,根据黒液蒸发工段工艺流程,设计了造纸黒液蒸发工段黒液浓度串级控制系统,并进行了被控对象建模和MATLAB仿真分析,最后应用到实际造纸企业DCS控制系统中。提高了系统的控制精度和稳定性,同时也提高蒸发效率,满足了蒸发工段的工艺及生产要求。具有较好的应用和推广价值。
